Scheduling Deposit:

• Upon acceptance of the job proposal, a non-refundable scheduling deposit of $150 is required to secure the service appointment and will be applied to future invoice(s).
• This deposit ensures that a spot is reserved exclusively for you and covers administrative costs associated with scheduling and planning.

Deposit for Landscape Jobs Over $1500:

• For landscape jobs with a total estimated cost exceeding $1500, an additional deposit of 33% of the total project cost is required.
• This deposit is due no later than 2 weeks before the scheduled start date of the job.
• The 33% deposit serves as a commitment to proceed with the project and covers upfront expenses such as materials procurement and labor arrangements.

Deposit Payment Method:

• Deposits can be made via cash, check, credit/debit card, or ACH through your client portal.
• Client portal instructions will be provided upon acceptance of the job proposal.

Confirmation and Scheduling:

• Upon receipt of the required deposits, your service appointment will be confirmed, and the job will be tentatively scheduled accordingly.
• We will provide scheduling details as your project comes up through our waiting list.

Refund Policy:

• The non-refundable scheduling deposit of $150 will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• The 33% deposit for landscape jobs over $1500 may be eligible for a partial refund in exceptional circumstances, subject to review and approval by management.
• Any refunds approved will be processed promptly and in accordance with our company’s policies.
