Here’s a breakdown of the policy:
- Sign up: I, _________________________________________, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the automatic payment process for services provided by Joe Cappel’s Lawn & Landscape:
- Payment Methods: Customers can choose between ACH or Credit card as their preferred payment method.
- This method of payment must be added to their Client Portal.
- Processing fees are passed on to the customer:
- Credit Card – 2.8% + $0.30 per transaction.
- ACH – 0.8% with $5.00 maximum per transaction.
- Payment Date: Payments will be processed on the 5th of every month for services rendered in the previous month.
- Billing Period: Charges will be for the services provided in the previous month. For example, if a customer receives services in January, they will be billed for those services on February 5th.
- No Late Fees: Customers will not incur late fees as long as their payment card is successfully charged on the designated date.
- Weekend Processing: If the 5th falls on a weekend or holiday, the charges will be processed on the following business day to ensure timely payment without delays.
This policy aims to streamline the payment process for customers, ensuring timely billing without the risk of late fees. It also provides clarity on when payments will be deducted and for what services they are being charged.
